The phrase raglan refers to the style of the sleeve of a t-shirt. A raglan sleeve stretches in one piece to the collar, creating a diagonal seam to the underarm.

Named after Lord Baron Raglan, the raglan sleeve was invented by a coat maker, Aquascutum, allowing Lord Raglan better movement and allowed more room to use his sword in battle. Lord Raglan would go on to lose his arm in the Battle of Waterloo.
Jumping forward about 100 years, the raglan style was adopted by baseball players in the MLB (Major League. Baseball). This would bring about the phrase baseball tee.
Today, baseball tees are typically found with three-quarter length sleeves in a different color than the rest of the shirt. An example would be, a white t-shirt with blue, red or black raglan sleeves.
The raglan style is not limited to baseball t-shirts, nowadays you can find three-quarter raglan baby onesies bodysuits, cute girls raglan tops with ruffles, short sleeve raglan tees, raglan baby gowns, raglan sweaters and more.
